CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

1 regular size coffee mug required to make the World’s most dangerous cake recipe

4 tablespoons flour (plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) some nuts (optional) small splash vanilla

• Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well.
• Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk and oil – mix well Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla – mix again. Put mug in microwave and cook 3 min. on high
• The cake will rise over the top of mug – don’t be alarmed!!
• Allow to cool a little, and tip out on a plate if desired. EAT This can serve 2 if you want to share.

If you are craving something sweet you can satisfy your craving with the easy and simple cake in the cup.  I highly recommend you add the chocolate chips to the mixture. It so good with those hot gooey chocolate chips when you bite into your warm cake.

I would suggest you don’t cook more than one cake in a cup at a time in your microwave. You will not get the same results if you do. By cooking more than one at a time will cause them to come out undercooked  I have also noticed marks from the spoon on the inside of the cup you use. Don’t use a “good” cup as the scratch marks are permanent.

I was thinking you may be able to add different flavoring besides cocoa and get a different flavored cake. Not everyone loves chocolate so make the change from cocoa to what you like if you are someone who doesn’t like chocolate cake.
